Ltd is offering Market Aligned Skills Training (MAST) Program for youth from economically disadvantaged class. The MAST program works to address the systemic imbalance by providing unemployed young people with a comprehensive skills training that equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to secure employment and succeed on the job. MAST not only meets the growing demands of the diversifying local industries across the country, it harnesses India’s youth population to become powerful engines of the economy.

+ Objective :

I. Identify high growth sectors and set up training facilities especially for the under privileged section of the society to meet future requirements of trained manpower in these sectors.

II. Provide training facilities in those areas where special skills are required for efficient performance of the job.

III. Set up a Career Guidance service to facilitate career choice through information dissemination, counselling and training.
